Jazz in the Park Somerleyton

A nice statue at Somerleyton Hall today, where we spent a lovely afternoon listening to Jazz......and meeting up with a few people I met at Jools Holland Picnic in the Park a few weeks ago.....

Just a few of the jazz crowd...with a nice photo of a very tall tree!!!!!

Bernadette and Bill with Jan looking on.....They will soon be on their way back to Australia, well not Jan!!!!!!!!!

what are you up to Brother!!!!!

This was the first jazz group, they were really good...... and as you can see we had lovely weather....thanks folks for great company......and Somerleyton Hall were so pleased with the turnout, they will repeat it next year......

That looks like a perfect way to spend a bank holiday afternoon - lovely music and lovely friends.

The big tree, by the way, is araucaria araucana, the very same monkey puzzle tree we planted all those years back in your front garden.
Don't worry; it'll take another hundred years before it's that size.
