Hello Dive's Mum, The cake is just gorgeous and the flowers are incredible. I've just taken a peek at all of your cakes. Wow. You not only have an incredible gift for making cakes but all of the flowers and other decorations are so creative and beautifully done. When you come to Adelaide, could you please teach me how to make sugar flowers? My grandmother used to do it but I was a bit tiny to learn before she gave up making them. One of her favourites though were violets.
Very pretty cake! Such a shame to have to cut into it, but since I really like cake, I wouldn't hesitate!
I saw Robert Plant and Alison Krauss last night! I forgot to bring my opera glasses, but it was a fabulous show and even from far away Robert Plant had incredible presence. He did the cutest little dance moves! And that voice . . . wow! And Alison Krauss has an amazing voice too and she sure put it to good use. Their voices blend together so well! Alison was a bit more reserved onstage than Mr. Plant, which was funny. Any chance they'll be playing in your area?
Would love to see Robert Plant and Alison, will keep hoping they come this way...
We do have some great acts this way Norwich and Lowestoft have great theatre's....and a tiny venue The Granary where I saw Martin Taylor the other night......
When I put my cakes on here I always find something that looks wrong!!!! maybe the angle I have taken the photo? still hope they like it.......

Violets... have not tried them yet.. have some cornflowers to make for the next cake!!!!!
