Sole Bay Jazz with friends

A great night at The Sports Pavilion Ditchingham with the Sole Bay Jazz Band and friends…

Some fantastic  talent from all the band and they all said they enjoyed it, which makes it more of a pleasure for us watching and listening.

As you well know I am a fan of Guitar playing and Phil is one of the best, it was good to see him reunited with the band …Tim…as always great…Trummy…so many notes from the trombone and the Euphonium  …Craig …making those Drums sing…Tony that String Bass was going some last night. fingers flying…all gel so well, Ray on Piano and what a treat the Trumpet made an appearance great playing Ray… could not fault it… so thank you to all, and of course our Barry, great singing.

I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as us at the front did. We have such a lot of friendly people coming along each week.

A good crowd some missing but hope all who were unwell soon improve in health… good to see Mike there and Douglas, both had recent losses but music eases the soul…

Thank you for all digging deep for the raffle and for Jon for his contribution, I always say it that we are so lucky to have such talent every Thursday evening. Lovely raffle prizes thanks Christine and Clover for your hard work, and for the boys in folding all those tickets.

Thanks Emily great work…and thanks for your help…

Our Marathon man was there with his medal from the London Marathon after his injuries so good that he could compete well done Robin…

Fudge got some great photos on FB here are my few …enjoy…
