Sole Bay Jazz Night…

Another great evening of live music at the Sports Pavilion…Ditchingham with the Sole Bay Jazz Band…

Some really good music last evening well played by one and all…The mix was very good, and we even sang along to some of the songs! Thanks Stella enjoyed that! Nice vocals from Tony P as well as some good trombone! Ray on piano finding so many keys and so very good! Alan playing so well with banjo and guitar,Tony J actually looking up some very nice bass!  Derek wonderful for his age, I am sure he will not mind me saying that, Craig those drums took a great hammering so good as always, Tim who gave us soprano sax, clarinet and that wonderful Baritone great sounds.

Not such a big crowd as a lot of folk are off on holidays and of course some of our regular fans are unwell, so again we wish them a speedy recovery. But lovely to see so many regular fans there, it is such a friendly evening.

Thanks for again digging deep for the raffle, glad you all like the prizes We do try and tempt you!! Thanks as always to the raffle folders you do a good job each week.
I wish you could all win, but of course it is to help get these fine musicians to come along and play for us each week as we do not have an entrance fee so thank you again, without you we would not have such great live music each week.

Working well Heidi… will miss you next week but of course hoping you and the children have a great break.

No Neil I am not going to mention what we talked about!! ha ha but I did move!

A few photos, my little camera does not always like the lights but hope you enjoy them…Rather bright this week you will need your sunglasses! I will pop the line up for next week on as soon as Alan passes it to me.
