Garden Party

 Thank you Rosemary and Dave for inviting me to your garden with some of the Sole Bay Jazz Band playing.

Everyone was so nice to me, thank you all, after all the time I have not been able to go to my favourite Sole Bay Jazz Band, so it was an extra  treat, so good to meet up with friends I had not seen for a long time. 

I suppose it was nice that although we are all older, and lots of aches and pains, music can make one forget about all those, and feel younger again when one hears the band. (bit achy today as no doubt some of you are). But worth it all.

It was  such a pleasant afternoon, and of course the garden is so lovely and wild so lots of bees and birds and butterflies as well as overlooking that great field.

We had lovely food and drink ( oh and Terry made his Lemon Possets) and lots of sunshine phew hot weather…,  Clover doing the honours with a raffle.

Of course Ray …Craig…Mick and Tim playing… I have to say I was a bit emotional as although I listen to Tony's great videos, it was great to hear them live.

There was one thing I missed, I have not used my little camera for such a long time, so of course did not take it, but Tim and Neil have taken some photos so I am hoping some may come my way and I can put them on here.
