What a great evening of live music from The Sole Bay Jazz Band with guests
at The Sports Pavilion Ditchingham…
I took some really good photos but just lost everything from my camera as computer did a blip! so a bit sad about that, as had some personal ones on there as well …however Fudge does have some photos on the FB page.
Tim in charge with some great playing as always and lots of fun with cheerful antidotes!
Derek managed a good play although could see some pain there! wonderful to still be playing.
Phil always a great guitar playing… lovely solo!
Ray giving the keyboard a thorough work out…
Our super back liners Tony lovely to see you looking up and I took some lovely shots only to lose them, that string bass zinged.
Alan on guitar and Banjo looking like he was enjoying the night.
Craig those lovely old Bassett drums got a good thrashing!
Barry in fine voice as always! I took a good photo now lost in space.
A good crowd just like it used to be before we lost so many friends who I hope were looking down last night as it was a great gig…
Some of the new people last evening were from an appreciation group who were I hope very impressed with the evening, they certainly looked like they enjoyed it …so hope they come again Lynn from the group gave us a song, I had heard her before when she sang at Cool Blue band and she was delightful.
Thanks Clover and Christine for the raffle you had a big evening! thanks of course to our 3 'boys' who fold all the tickets.
A big thank you of course as always to you all digging deep for the raffle as you know that and the bar profits are what keeps these talented musicians coming along each week to play for us.
Emily a busy bar last night and thanks for all your help, that smile is great x
Again sad that no photos so sorry.
Hope to see a good crowd next week, and the week after the 19th will be the last before Christmas, and you can bring goodies for the evening!
Fudge thank you for letting me borrow your photo of band xx
