Lovely to see a bigger crowd last evening at The Sports Pavilion Ditchingham, still so many away with illness so sending you all a get well soon wish.
A good evening of varied music, and a little fun! (yes Ray) ha ha …
Tim on his saxophones and clarinet…and Derek still able to sit on the stool and play music from his large book of words …was not quite sure how The Private Eye book had a reason for being there… but it made me giggle … some great playing from our back line Tony…Alan and some nice drumming young Craig… Ray setting the piano alight… good vocals from Barry as well…
Second half I was so happy to see that the band were good to ask young Henry to play… such a talented young man and not at all phased that he was playing with some great musicians …and thanks Ray and all for encouraging him…I know he looks in on here, so well done Henry always a pleasure to hear you play it always moves me.
Thanks to one and all for digging deep for the raffle thanks Don and Jan for folding the tickets…Christine and Clover do a grand job each week and Tim with 'Loverly Biscuits' always makes us laugh…thank to you all as the raffle and the bar help to have live music each week.
Fudge has some good photos on the FB Sole Bay site, I have some which will add when had time to down load them, as my dear camera is not modern as the i phones! and as always I apologise for the flash!!!
Look forward to seeing another good crowd next week to enjoy live music as not long until Christmas and New Year when the band will be having a break.
Some photos…
