Thanks to all the band some very different music and good vocals… maybe not quite my sort of night as I find 7 in the line up a bit too much because the blend of sound does not come through as much…and the back line seems to disappear but as always that is just my opinion…but very well done to one and all… some nice happy sounds and some Barry again managed to play for the first time.
Some cracking solos from Tony on Bass and Craig on Drums… our 3 dear 'young men' on the front line enjoyed themselves nice to see some fun between them…And a nice Happy Birthday played for Don …
Thank you all for digging deep again for the lovely raffle Thanks Clover you did a grand job…The 'boys' for all the ticket folding as well. Alan you were enjoying the microphone did not think the raffle would ever end ha ha… but glad you can hear now.
Nice that a gentleman came from the management to take photos of the band and crowd as they have put a lot of effort to bring the club into a better venue not only for the sports people but for social as well with new carpet, blinds and paint. I hope you all smiled!
Nice to see a few new faces including my lovely niece… thanks Emily …working her smile and hard work behind the bar…
We do have such a lovely crowd that come along to listen to the band and have a social evening, I still miss …as a lot of you do…the ones that listen from above, cannot believe it will be 4 years since Keith joined them, still miss him and hope he is pleased with the hard work he started with the raffle to keep the band able to come along and play each week.
A few photos Fudge has a good one on FB, I could not get everyone in but she did…modern technology is good!!!
