Jazz at the Hub…

The Norfolk Jazz Quartet played at the Hub in Sheringham last evening, and you know how it is when you get an invitation out of the blue, and you hope it will be nice, well I am so lucky to have been invited and taken to The Hub, it turned out to be such a great night, much better than just nice…the music is still ringing in my ears.

My thanks to everyone who made it a pleasure… Tim you did well after a long drive and a very windy walk by the sea, plus the Vikings! ( by the way folks if you go walking along by the sea do not wear high heels!) especially you men!!! But a very nice walk Tim, even if we were rather wind blown.  and the pub was rather a good idea what a little treasure of bits and pieces that was. Thank you as always for taking me and putting up with my nattering …Jean and Vic you always look after me so well, Liz and Pete lovely to see you as well.

Such a great crowd of people that appreciated the music, and lovely to actually sit, watch, while the audience is listening and not talking…and what music.

I had heard the quartet do a few numbers at another gig, but what a pleasure that little place is The Hub with such nice lighting as well and of course our quartet in their black and white, there is something to be said about that!

But mostly how good to listen to such talent, thank you all.

I have done a little video but of course cannot match being there, but will have a go at putting it on here sometime. In the meantime a few photos…
