Allan Bradley…Trumpet…
Alan Cugnoni …Guitar/Banjo…
Tony Jullings…String Bass…
Craig Hipperson…Drums…
I expect we will have one of the regulars for some vocals, hope to see a good crowd to support these fine musicians…

Another good night of jazz …
Nice lot of solo playing a good crowd as well, nice to see yet more new faces, as not all the regulars can attend each week.
Everyone played well, Tim, and Derek up front supplied us with a lot of skill, and of course, Alan and Tony keeping the beat, I do love the Bass… Allan gave us some vocals as well as the cornet. Craig as always supplying the great beat nice one Craig…
Allan did a good job by halting some of the rather loud talking! and nice to hear an apology from one of the culprits, Sorry my old rant again, I still cannot understand how people find so much to talk about constantly when they could listen to such good music, however we do all chat, but maybe some could do so a little quieter as it is so unfortunate to those especially at the back who do like to listen. It is a Jazz night after all…
We did have a lot of spaces (in between the music when everyone could chat)…while the band had to decide which key to play in! but we had a lot of different music. Thanks Band…
Thanks as always to Heidi who brings a ray of sunshine …
I did manage to do the raffle this week, my thanks to JJ who has been sitting in for me for a while, nice to torment everyone again! I do thank a lot of you who did up the ante and help a bit more as it does help to keep the band coming each Thursday…
