Hi Lynn.. I have 2 cakes on the go at the moment, just soaking in brandy at the moment... come on over!!!
I swear that cat is Tiger. They both have the same grin.And is is the cakes that are soaking in brandy, or you? I'd love to come over and share.

By the way I made a large victoria last night, with chocolate filling, a circle of chocolate filling on top and icing sugar sprinkled on it. Gosh. I'm going to have to freeze half of it I can see. It came out enormous!
