What beautiful cakes! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with your sons; try to sneak some photos of them enjoying the day! My Mum and I will spend a quiet holiday together. I wish I could have ordered one of your cakes for us to have for Christmas, but it probably wouldn't have survived the 8000-mile journey. Oh my goodness well I made my own cake today and just finished icing it but it looks nothing like this! I miiiiiight post it, but... I'm a bit nervous having seen these. I know it will taste good though, I've soaked it in brandy and all manner of goodies. The icing I made softer and runnier as the boys like that, but yours is soooooo perfect. Eek. Eek again. :0
