It was not the usual line up nor was it the usual jazz, but what a treat for us who love talented musical people who gave the good crowd a rather delightful evening …
The second half Barry came along and gave us a couple of songs which everyone loved, some great solos from Ray and Phil as well, which were rather special.
We are so lucky every week to have such great live music , and it was also good to see some of the regulars who have been unwell come along to enjoy the evening.
Of course some of the regulars who like the trad jazz may not have enjoyed some of it as much but they could not fault the musicians playing …well done all. Me well I loved it all.
We also had Happy Birthday played for Jean and Terry very nice.
