Sole Bay Jazz Band report…

What a great night we had at The Sports Pavilion Ditchingham last evening with The Sole Bay Jazz Band playing up a storm.

Some really great music with very good singing  from Barry our man in black with his hat, and a little audience participation when Together was played.

It is always a good night with our great players, but sometimes it gets a little bit special and that was last night, fingers were flying on the piano/guitar/stringbass/ the drumsticks also flying everywhere while the blowing was furious on the front row…some rather good playing from one and all, non stop enjoyment.

A good raffle as well thanks to Clover and Christine and thanks to you all for digging deep as always, and some fun with the different colours of the raffle tickets, thanks Jan for helping me to fold the tickets, we miss our 'boys'.
Thanks Tony for the chocolates which you won and shared with us x

Heidi you did so well the smile was still there …and hope the back soon improves sending hugs.

A good crowd and some new faces which is always nice as we are missing some of our faithful regulars who have gone to listen to jazz up there in the skies. We are so lucky to have these talented players each week to entertain us so if you are looking in on here for the first time or face book where Fudge has a Sole Bay report please come along and join us, no entrance fee, but the raffle helps us to have these evenings, so please dig deep as there are always very nice prizes to be had as well as great Jazz.

I want to wish good health to all those who are suffering at the moment, seems so many have or still  are ill with something or another. Duncan we all send our love and hugs get better soon we miss you, Colin is keeping us up to date …do not tickle the nurses will you!!!!
